Where do orders ship from?
Items are produced on demand through Printful, which fulfills from facilities in the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the EU (Spain, Latvia), Japan, and Australia. Your order is routed to the closest production facility for your address.
How long until my order ships?
Production takes one to three business days, followed by shipping time:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 4–8 business days
- Europe / UK: 4–8 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Customs duties and import VAT may apply on cross-border orders and are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly collected at checkout (we use Stripe Tax to handle this where possible for the EU and UK).
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking link once the carrier picks up your order.
Sizing and quality
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide with garment measurements (chest, length, sleeve). Measure a similar item you already own and compare. We can’t accept returns for sizing mistakes because items are made to order — please double-check before checkout.
What materials are used?
Product pages list fabric content, weight, and country of origin for each item.
Returns
Can I return an item if I just changed my mind?
No. Because every item is printed and assembled per order, we don’t carry stock and can’t accept returns for buyer’s-remorse or sizing.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We replace it free. Email a photo of the defect within 15 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
What if my order is lost in transit?
File a claim with us — we’ll work with the carrier and either replace the order or refund it, depending on what the investigation finds.

Do you take custom orders?
Occasionally, depending on capacity. Reach out via the contact form with what you have in mind.
Do you offer wholesale?
Limited wholesale is available for select stockists. Email with your business details and we’ll see if it’s a fit.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Card details never touch our servers.
Do you have a physical store?
No, online only.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer.
